Basically the title.

I recently bled the brakes on my Corsa and realised the handbrake was a lot tighter than before (used to be 5-6 clicks, now its 2-3 clicks). Is this normal?

I just bought a cheap BMW 320i e92 Coupe to flip for some money, but realised its hand brake was very weak (we're talking 7-9 clicks) . I saw online that it can be adjusted via some bolt in the rear wheels but I was wondering if I just did another brake bleed would it solve the issue?

Thanks in advance to anyone who is able to share their knowledge with me.
