No answer from any contact number at SOAS

Have tried every contact number listed on SOAS website - all either disconnected or unanswered... Is this institution open for business? Does anyone have a number that will get an answer?
What are you trying to sort out? I think there are very limited people in the buildings right now - have you emailed them, as this is more likely to get you a reply

Instead, I emailed them and received a response, so I think you should try doing that too since it seems like the only way right now to contact them.
