Well I did Italian GCSE in one year....if that helps at all.
I'm sure you can if you put in the work. After all GCSE's are just exams, you can take any at anytime (I think). It just depends on how able you are to do the work!

I did both my maths and statistics GCSE's in one year, it is definately possible to do. If you put the work in then it shouldn't be a problem.

A level you can do maths in one year - a two year course - which has lots more work than any GCSE subject. Good Luck.
I did Italian GCSE in a year and German GCSE in a year. A and A*.
Well i do think its possible but doing all those subjects in a year? It's going to be some hard work. Most people that have mentioned they've done something in a year have usually just done 1 or 2 GCSE's. OP why do you want to finish them early?

Lol umm i just do because im taking 15 gcses which is 10 subjects cause of 2 business 3 science etc. So basically my friend is going back to india in a year and was going to do all her gsces this year so was just wondering whether i should do it and get it out of the way and skip year 11 if i get good grades and go straight to year 12 (form 5)

Is it possible to finish a two year course in one year. Suppose the person is taking 10 subjects which is 15 gcses? Please let me know. Because i might be planning to finish my 2 year course in 1 year. I was just asking because 1 of my friends is going back to india next year so she told me that shed finish everything this year so i was wondering whether i could do that or does it get tooo hard.

If you are very organised and set yourself deadline then yes. I did my RE, Graphics and Textiles GCSE all in one year along with the compulsory subjects and I passed them. - Sitting the exam is different because if you are doing 2 years in 1 in year 10 then you might have to speak to the exam officer person and ask to sit them early.
Yeah, a girl who moved to my school did it. It was catching up on coursework which was worst for her though.

Oh ok. Suppose i flop this year next year when they re enter me will that make me look down under uni eyes. Like not get a good uni. Because in year 9 i did my maths gcse and i got an A. Now im in year 10 want to get an A star.
I personally did GCSE French in year 12, it was kind of a rushed thing and I had about a month to revise but I came out with an A

Well again its down to your personal preference. If you are willing to put in all the hard work then it is possible to do well of course, there are a lot of subjects there and courseworks i presume for each etc. But i personally wouldn't do it if it isn't really necessary.

Why don't you start doing AS level modules in Maths? That would be more useful.

An A in GCSE Maths in Y9 is pretty impresstive.
It is possible. I've sat a Maths GCSE and RE (full course) GCSE in one year and am planning to do gujarati in one year too. Got A* in both subjects while doing it in one year. So it is achievable.
Well yes it is possible, i did statistics, RE and 1/3 OF MY 3 science GCSEs all in one year and got A *s in all of them. A lot of people also do language GCSEs in one year, but usually they have prior knowledge of the language.
I did Japanese in a year, but then I already knew enough anyway.

It all comes down to how much time you have to spend. I think GCSE's are hard at high school cause you have so much to juggle, maybe 11 subjects with wildy different approaches to take. But if you were, for instance, unemployed with nothing better to do, go for it lol

I personally did IGCSE maths in 1 year and got an A*. I was good at it, so didnt need much effort tbh.

If you are planning to study medicine in future, its best to finish gcses at the end of year 11 as many Med schools seem to outline it. Also, you shud be 18 yrs old by 31st of Aug (i think) in the year of entry.
