Greenwich Starter pack for 2020
Hello Everyone
This thread will be used for new 2020 starters for any new updates and useful information.
You will be invited to register when your course opens. All students must register online each year. New students must also provide a set of documents to complete registration for the first time. Watch our step by step guide here
Documents checks
If you are a new student, we must confirm your documents before we can issue your student card. Continuing students do not need to complete this stage.
After finishing online registration, on-campus students should email scans or clear photographs of their identification and qualifications to [email protected]

We've added new tools too, such as an apologies for absence button, LibrarySearch access, improved personal timetable displays and links to campus maps, student news feeds, and print credit top-up systems. You are still able to look at your personalised data, such as grades, and access to their Moodle courses
Our accommodation promise includes a coronavirus break clause and a rent-free period for overseas students who are required to quarantine by the UK government. Find out more here

Induction 2020
GSU is still offering induction talks but this will now be offered digitally with a renewed offer. At a programme level, we are now offering four pre-recorded induction videos from GSU Officers. Email [email protected] for access to videos. At a school level, we are offering live Q&A sessions for new starters across a School/Department to offer students an interpersonal connection which can be booked using this link: https://www.greenwichsu.co.uk/gsuhub/inductiontalks/

We are just letting everybody know that we will not be appearing as an official rep here for much longer. We will be leaving these threads open so that the conversations can continue. You will still be able to chat to us on TSR as we will have students coming on every now and then to answer questions and share their experiences.
