Rounding, Upper and Lower bounds

I am unable to find the upper bound of 5.5 cm, measured to the nearest 0.5 cm.
The answer that I got is 5.55, which apparently is wrong. So, please help me with this problem.

Thank You
Hey, I think the answer is 5.75 if I'm not wrong.
A useful tip is to half the 0.5(or the measurement that you have in the question) and add it or subtract it to find the upper and lower bounds.
Hope that's useful
