Help with history GCSE revision?

Hey everyone, what do you all think is the best way to revise for history exams?
I’ve heard that mind maps and flash cards are good, but I was wondering if anyone has any other good techniques?
Thanks!

Hey there. Flashcards are definitely great for active recall when it comes to revising for history exams and so are mind maps when you're trying to note down every important details and dates on a particular topic or sub-topic. I would also make use of Seneca Learning, they have a large range of free revision resources for GCSE and A-level subjects which you can check out (at GCSE level it should cover all the specs). Additionally, practising exam questions/techniques is a very good use of your time. Hope this helps.
