Hello,

I hope everyone is keeping well.

I am thinking about applying for the CS Fast-Stream/SDIP programme and I've recently sat the CSJT (Civil Service Judgement Test). I received a result that told me my behaviours were "well-aligned" and "better than others" with regards to their criteria.

I'm a bit confused by the feedback because it can mean pretty much anything. I could be in the top 10% or the top 49%. Does anyone know have a rough grading system for the CSJT practice test and are there any grades better than "well-aligned"?

I'm just finding it difficult to chart my progress on this topic.

All the best.

P.S This is my first post on Student Room, so please forgive me if i've made a glaring faux-pas.
