I don't know what type of spots you have nor do I know what may have caused them, you'll need to elaborate.

Just wash your face two times a day, eat lots of fruit and veg, drink lots and lots of water and avoid touching your forehead
Dairy also affects some people's skin, so you could maybe limit your dairy consumption and see if that has any effect?

If you are going to buy new skincare (face masks, moisturiser, face wash ect) make sure to get one that has salicylic acid because if helps remove spots! Or you can just watch my favourite YouTuber ‘skincare by Hyram’ 😌
