loosing weight

So basically during quarantine I've gained some weight i want to loose. I've been working out for a week however i eat a lot of junk and unhealthy things because i'm so used to eat? so i don't know how to restrain myself. What do i do?

Eat in a caloric deficit.

I've been doing the same as you. When I want to eat healthier I don't completely rule out sugary/unhealthy foods because that would unmotivate me. But when it comes to eating less of those foods I just focus on my goal and that helps me. However everyone's different. <3
