Hi everyone,
I am currently doing a Masters dissertation in Human Resources. I am conducting a study on the link between the psychological contract and fairness in the workplace. I would really appreciate it if you could take 10 minutes to complete the below survey as part of that research. The only requirement is you need to be in employment. You will need to consent so please read all the information regarding the survey prior to starting it.

sorry I'm not employed at the moment, but I'll try to get other people I know to do it!
Would you have any advice on where you're getting participants?
I'm doing an undergrad research project, and so far I've found:
- SurveyTandem
- (Facebook group) Survey Exchange
- (Facebook group) Dissertation Survey Exchange
- (Facebook group) Dissertation Survey Exchange - Share your research study ...
- SurveyCircle (haven't started using yet because it requires you put a code at the end of your survey)
- SurveySwap (haven't started using yet because it requires you put a code at the end of your survey)
- Pollpool (I don't think it's very good though)
