In fact I should have said diet first. Believe me you’ll see the biggest changes if you start eating healthy. That along with jogging works perfectly

I read this as 'fatter' and was going to suggest 'eat eat eat'.
I had to put on weight and so that was my mission to just eat anything and everything. I had a short time frame.

the lockdown has made me indulge in junky foods and I have stopped going to the gym. I exercise but jeans are feeling a bit tight now

try cardio. like skipping or sommet like that. Then after a couple months try HIIT. Should do the trick

untill you feel it's time to move to the next step. Everyone is different, it could take me 2 months and you 2 weeks. When you feel ur ready then try then try something harder.

Chloe Ting workouts are good, they actually work. I had a good progress from a 2 week workout plan and that was without any dramatic diet changes. I'm starting the workouts again but I'm going to change my diet a bit, hoping for more progress this time. It's literally 10 minute workouts everyday but they are tough if you're not used to exercising, I struggled with it for the first week.
