Lubrication is a natural thing and everybody is different in how wet they get. There’s no magic pill or food that will help you get or stay wet
Foreplay is a huge factor in how ready your body is for sex. Age factors in too, the older you are, the less natural lubricant you produce. Smaller factors like hydration and having a balanced diet can play in a bit too but there’s nothing in particular that will help with lubrication specifically
If you do need a bit of external help - try lube - your partner should never judge you for suggesting it and there’s so many different types to let you both have a bit of fun with it - remember not to use an oil based lube if you’re using a condom!
