basically from my notes i have got written that in short it is merely the german policy to fulfil to keeping to the treat and its clauses.

Fulfillment was the German government (particularly Stresemann) agreeing to the terms laid out by the Treaty of Versailles, in an attempt to show their unjust and unworkable conditions.

As mentioned above, proved to be of some success and helped the German economy get back on it's feet.

I need to answer the question:

What is meant by the German policy of "fulfillment?" I've no real idea about what it is. I've googled it with no success. If anyone knows what it is, could they post here please?

From what I can gather from my teacher, it is a theory that Germany wanted to fulfil the terms of the Treaty Of Versailles by slowly chipping away at it, so that the Allies wouldn't notice.
