Why does this always happen at uni?Watch
For example, last year, I always skipped at least one meal whether it was breakfast or lunch (never dinner) and today, I only ate lunch (which was like 300 calories worth of rice) and nothing else and I am literally not even hungry and even had the energy to work out for two hours.
I don't understand what the problem is, like I'm not even lazy when it comes to making food but I just have no appetite when it comes to uni and managed to lose like 5 kilos of weight within the first semester last year
Bruh I’m literally the same at uni I think it’s cuz your body gets use to not eating so you don’t feel hungry but if you get into a routine and force yourself to eat three or two meals a day and at the same times over and over your body will trigger you to get hungry at those times.
Its like as soon as I am by myself, I just don't get hungry at all
