Hi,

I have a filter interview towards the end of the month and am looking for some info on the IOT exercises for each of the 4 terms. I have the exercise names but cant seem to find any in depth information that is within the last 12 months.

Everything seems to be from 2-3 years ago which explains that there are 3 terms, but i believe there are 4 terms of 6 weeks each now?

Cheers, Rob

This may be of use. https://www.raf.mod.uk/recruitment/m...e_schedule.pdf

Also, note the (M)IOT post for more information.

Hi thanks for the reply.

I have come across this already but it does not seem to go into much detail about what i can expect each exercise to consist of. Was looking for something more descriptive

Thanks, Rob

You should be fine with the information you have. I'm not saying don't get more info, but you will be time limited on your question responses normally so they're looking for concise understanding of what you have to do during training, knowing that you have exercises to do is good and if you have the names that is ace.

Edit: removed old information.

Rob, take a look at the breakdown on this forum post for a better narration. My information may be out of date with this new modular approach.

Use the link above that was given for MIOT. Do not worry about the exercise names, as they do not currently have them.
As that is the information that is publicly available, that is all you will be expected to know.

The first IOT of this kind only started 4 weeks ago therefore the exercises are being run for the first time as such very few people will have an idea of their content.
