Difference between psycholgical factors and environmental factors?

Could someone quickly explain the difference between the two, I have been trying to find an answer online but I can't see anything.
I am studying health and social care (in my second year now)
psychological factors are factors that affect you mentally such as long hours, work related bullying/stress etc
environmental hazards are things that can physically cause harm like a chair blocking the hallway or a spillage on the floor
hope this is what you meant and hope this helps!
