HI, I have always been a skinny person but over the last few years I have started eating really unhealthy food and have gained lots of weight on my stomach. I keep trying to exercise but always lose motivation and end up gaining more weight.

Any tips please? I have an app to track exercise, calories, steps, water intake but I always end up deleting the app within a week. Many thanks

yepp I actually lost like 10 kilos and i did a few things.
1. intermittent fasting- start eating at 11am and stop at 7pm
2. 30 seconds each- plank, star jumps, russian twist, bicycle crunches, heel touches, leg raises, thigh lifts.
3. avoid junk food
4. avoid diary- includes milk and cheese
5. no fizzy drinks or juice
6. have 3 meals a day
7. calorie deficit
8. high protein foods- chicken, eggs etc
9. loads of fruit and veg

cant remember what else i did but i think thats it really

No problem but it does depend on different factors like your gender, age and lifestyle but thats what helped me.
