Yes and you need to be able to sure you are the clear victim as in most cases you will have been an active participant and they will close the account plus give you a cifas marker for 6 years. If you are completely blameless then they will allow you to carry on. You havent provided any information.

I just fell for a scam via a text...and I stressed out...its the first time it happened to me...I am just a baby...18...noooo

No, you are an adult and it's time to act as such.

If you have been scammed then report it to your local police force on the 101 number. Co-operate with your bank's investigation and pray they do not put a marker on you.
