You can always use the freezer.

Alternatively, go buy a huge pressurised can of liquid CO2 + exhaust it on your beverages.

Why are you not ready to put it in the fridge?

The only way you can make something cold without a fridge is with something else that's already cold.

No, the laws of thermodynamics are not in your favour.

Just use the fridge.

Are you too young to operate the complicated mechanism of a fridge door?

Why are you not ready to use the fridge? It's very difficult to keep anything cool for a reasonable length of time without one.

Ice tray / plastic bag of water in the freezer section for a couple of hours = mobile cold.

If they can’t use the fridge then I’m not sure how the freezer will work out for them.

The only thing I can think here is you mean you want to cool down something hot before putting it in the fridge, like a pan of hot food? If so then submerge the pan in cold water for a while without letting the water pour in obviously.

If not this then I honestly have no idea what you’re on about.

Just put it in the fridge.

You can't actually be serious- so patronising.

It is supposed to be a fun little discussion because I know of the common issue where people jus take people's food etc so don't take it to heart

Milk is probably the most likely thing to get stolen, if you want to be serious about your milk then you could mark the level on it with a sharpie. You could put your drinks in the freezer for an hour before you drink them. And people don't steal raw food really

So it isnt that you dont know how to use a fridge, its just because you just dont trust your flatmates not to steal from you?
As already said just make or buy icecubes and store them in your part of the freezer or are you worried they will steal those as well? You sound rather paranoid. You are most likely banned, but you could consider getting a mini fridge. Do you think your flatmates will break into your room and steal that as well?
