I was wondering whether or not there will be an oral exam for AQA GCSE French in the November exam series.
I know that there won't be in 2021, but has speaking been cut this year too?
Thanks

Sorry I don't - they're not public so ,unless you have an AQA examiner as a teacher who gives you them as a mock, you won't be able to find them.

I’m doing AQA and we have teacher assessed speaking assessments where you get a distinction, merit or pass. The reading, listening and writing are still on though.

I haven't seen the nov papers sorry: I did the 2nd specimen set for my mock.
The questions are always similar anyway - about what you did last week, what your best friend's like, where you go on holiday or something easy like that.
Just learn some vocab and verbs and you'll be fine whatever comes up.

We are doing the speaking exam in 2 weeks but it won't count for the gcse 9-1 grade for French, it will be a separate grade in merit/pass/distinction and we get to choose what theme we have to do for the conversation and photocard (we are not doing roleplay )

I had my first speaking assessment on Zoom last week and we have the 2nd in a couple of weeks.
We get to choose 1 theme and the other is a surprise each time - but we get no preparation time: it's completely spontaneous.
It's just the conversation tho - no pointless photo card, nor roleplay
