Find the tension in the string (mechanics)

Question: http://prntscr.com/ui37bv

5300 - 450g = 450a
a = 89/45

∴ T - 12g = 12(89/45)
T = 141 N

The tension is 138 N according to the textbook. What did I do wrong?

You're so close - just watch the mass you've used for the lift in the first step, you need to account for the fact that you'll have the weight of both the lift and the box counteracting the tension in the cable.
