Your best bet is to search for a hypertrophy program that includes the compound lifts. Following a decent program that balances progressive overload with fatigue management will give you the best results.

Can't seem to find any online, I nean there is the 5x5 programme but that's aimed for beginners

You can definitely build muscle with compound movements only but it might be a bit less even. As an example, bench press will activate chest, triceps and front delts. One person may be more chest dominant when they bench press which will stimulate more growth in the chest than triceps and shoulders. Or on the squats, someone might be more quads dominant than glutes and hamstrings, even though all 3 muscles groups are worked. Isolation movements are good to help the lagging muscle groups catch up. It all depends on how serious you are about building muscle. Unless you're already an advanced lifter, you can still make pretty good gains as long as you progressively overload the compound lifts over time.
