It's coming to the stage where I'm having one before, then after work, and sometimes in breaks I have a problem They taste so good tho Any1 else here into smoothies, and if so, what flavours?

im addicted to hot chocolate with loads of whipped cream and marshmallows - since ive been working for the BBC ive been coming in everymorning and taking advantage of the free costa here which is paid for by the BBC and i have 2 a day - its so fattening but so damn YUM!
theres nothing wrong with being addicted to smoothies, they're healthy and really nice. I'm not keen on the yogurty type, but i love innocent mango and passionfruit ones. I'd love to work at the BBC!

yeh its loads of fun! i work for children's bbc - as a production assistant! its so much fun but also hard work!!! its only a temporary contract christmas job! i finish on the 4th of Jan and bin here since 13th Dec!!

make your own 1 banana some milk and whizz it up in blendery spinny thing that you happen to have handy a little taste of heaven- or buy the PJ strawberry and banana lush!
I only have smoothies occasionally... they're well expensive

And lynseyweth - went thru that phase too I prolly even went a step further by telling myself I was being virtuous coz was 'adding to my calcium intake' I think really need to stop taking Human Biology - Nutrition so seriously.
I might try drinking water instead, hmmmm!!! A lot more beneficial, esp for the wallet lol. And prob also for the body anyway.

I've never heard of PJ, but here in Aus we have a Boost Juice flavour called 'Strawberry Squeeze' which has both ingredients, and that's pretty good. Others I like are 'Tropical Crush - with mango incl', 'Pure Passion - with u guessed it, passionfruit' and this one b4 work: 'The Energizer', which has got some VitB additive in it: supposed to give you more energy - not exactly necessary as I'm normally quite hyper but oh well.
I can't drink any pink drinks (which a lot of smoothies end up being) because I had some really bad experiences with medication I had to take when I was younger (they mixed up into a pink drink). Everytime I even see an advert for one a litle bit of me wants to wretch. Scarred for life *sniff*

Mmmmm i went thru a phase where i loooooooooooved smoothies - but then i had too much in the fridge and the strawberry went fizzy yuck!! *puke* Why is there no vomiting smiley?!
