whats actually the difference btwn lottery sampling and generating random no.s? is the only diff that with lottery sampling you cant pick the same person twice? is that true?

what abt if u were asked which one is better, what would u say?

Hmm ok
Cuz in the textbook it says that there are two ways to do it, and it says lottery sampling and random no. Generating so i thoguht there must be a diff..
