hello I am a medical applicant and I am thinking of applying for economics at lse as my 5th choice. My predicted a levels are: Biology A*
Chemistry A*
Maths A*
my As are economics A maths A bio A chem A my igcses are 7 A* (including economics) and 2 A. I know its unlikely to get an offer as my personal statement is about medicine and my a level subjects are not the recommended ones but do i have a tiny chance of getting an offer?

I would email LSE Admissions and ask them directly - obviously your grades are good enough it is just a question of how seriously they take the personal statement for that subject as yours would be focussed on medicine. Anyway, they should be able to give you an answer one way or another.
