I have already provided 2 years evidence through bank statements, however, I cannot use this for the remaining 3 years as I did not have a bank account this long ago. I intend on using child tax/benefit letters as this is the only thing I could provide. My issue is that SFE states I should not send "Any documents which are not in your name" . Child tax/benefit letters are technically under my mothers name but do include my name somewhere in the text. Will this be an issue or is it an appropriate letter to provide for residency evidence?
