Do dropped AS-Levels count for anything?

I know AS-Levels that continue on to full A-Levels are important for predicted grades and some universities like to look at them, but do dropped AS-Levels count for anything? Say I aced three subjects and got a C in a fourth, which I drop for A2. Would that affect an application at all?
Nope. They do count for UCAS points when you are applying for universities that ask for UCAS points in their criteria though.
You have to declare all qualifications, that you have sat an exam in and the grade. A C at AS will probably not be as big a deal as you think.

I believe loads of them are joint qualifications now, but I think you can get some extra UCAS points on 1 separate AS to your degree.
