So i had to balance out the equation: Ba + H2O ----- Ba(OH)2 + H2

To which i got: Ba + 2H20 ----- Ba(OH)2 + H2

But the markscheme says its: 2Ba + 2H2O -------- 2Ba(OH)2 +H2

I dont know how they got it because the equation i wrote down was balanced but its wrong? any help appreciated
