eBuyer account - forgotten all details

So I tried to log on to my account on eBuyer recently and I can't remember my password. Then I tried to reset my password but I had to enter my date of birth and answer to a security question. I don't know what I put in when I created the account (a year ago now, I haven't used it at all since) but I must have done something silly and not put in the right details because I keep getting the answer to either my DOB or security question wrong. It's really stupid but maybe I just made a typo or something in the answer to my security question. As for my DOB, I've no idea what could be wrong with that.
I plan to ring them up about it but I've no idea whether they'll be able to help me or not because I can't remember what memorable date I put in which is the other security question. The only things I remember about the account are my email, phone number, address and what had been ordered on it. Is there a chance that they will help me to get back into an account with just that info? I'm worried they'll ask me my DOB and seeing as I might have stupidly put the wrong info it (and I've no idea what else I could've put in) they'll immediately think I'm not the rightful owner of the account and won't help me any further. :o:

Well, as I said in my post, I tried that but I'm not getting the answer to my security question right and/or DOB which apparently they need to check as well before I can reset my password.

Please don't bump old threads - you're more likely to get a proper answer if you start a new one! I'm going to lock this thread now, but I'd recommend you try an email reset for your password, and then make a new thread if that doesn't work :yep:
