Camera not working on laptop

I hope you're all well. I have a 2 year old Lenovo ideapad 320 laptop and the camera is not working any more.

Do you think it is better if I get the camera repaired or shall I just buy a new laptop?

Do you use it often enough to justify a pricey repair or a few hundred quid to buy a new laptop, when you could just spend £20 on a USB webcam on Amazon?
