Kinda, it was near the beginning, when the government had relaxed rules.
Despite us watching a kiddie movie, there were less people in the cinema, only 5-6 families. The cinema was so quiet that it should've been a horror movie lol

Yes me too. I so want to go and see a film but not sure if it is worth the risk. I am hearing that London is going into lockdown soon. Not sure when though.

ok. Might go to Leicester Square next weekend if London has not gone into lockdown. Any good films worth a watch?

Same here. The last film I watched in the cinema was before Covid-19 and the lockdown. I think that I am in when the new James Bond film is coming in November or December.

I went once back in late July/early August to see The Postcard Killings (it’s quite good). But that was in another country and it was the first time I had been to a cinema since January (I usually go once a month or so). Then I went to see Tenet in September. I highly recommend it if you haven’t seen it already.

I went early Sep to watch Tenet, the cinema itself was huge and there was only around 5-6 people in there, all spread out. It was completely fine! You could take off your mask once sat watching, hand gel at the door before you could go in and out, you had to clean up your own rubbish (which thankfully everyone was complying to) and you had to book online.
Tbh it was just as enjoyable or even slightly more enjoyable than the ‘normal’ cinema experience.
Now I’m just hoping I’ll still be able to go and see Dune in December🤞🏾
