Hi guys. I have just started year 12 and i have had an opportunity to do EPQ.
I don’t know if i should do it- i am doing 2 a levels ( philosophy and ethics & sociology) and one btec (health and social care). I feel like i have quite a lot of free time so maybe i can do an EPQ??

Is EQP worth it in general?

epq is good practice for academic writing

probably won't appear on your cv, unless you had a really dull time at university though

Yes it can be really worth it! Definitely helps with university applications and also just the practice of pursuing an academic research project and writing an essay.
To get the most out of it, focus on a topic relevant to what you want to study at university so that it counts as a supercurricular

If you've decided not to and still have lots of free time, maybe try MOOCs? Or further reading?
