Currently, I am studying Biomedical Engineering which I don't like to study. I want to have a master's degree on Computer Engineering in Europe. Is it possible to manage a good job only doing a masters degree? As I don't have a bachelor degree in Computer science, I feel inferior. I feel that I will not be able to get a job in Europe. Please give me some suggestions.

Depends on the job and the Masters in question. Your question is far too broad to answer properly.

Keep in mind, a degree by itself will not teach you everything you ever need to know for a job. There's an expectation that you'll keep developing your skills. As a result, there's no reason to feel inferior (or superior) based on your education alone.

If you want a job, learn the things that employer wants to see. It's really as simple as that
