How important is the predicted grades in the Cambridge Admissions Process? Would it be possible for an international student to get into Cambridge medicine with a predicted grades of A*A*AA? Is there any way to update the predicted grades after submitting UCAS application? (I attained a better predicted grades of A*A*A*A recently)

Those predicted grades are adequate. They are known to be very unreliable and not used heavily.

I am not sure if you can update them but worth trying. There is a UCAS part of the forum - maybe ask there?

You must be very rich if applying to Cambridge medicine as an international holy cow.
