UKFPO Right to work
Eligibility outcomes were released today and those with an Irish or any other EU passport have been deemed eligible with conditions. Does anyone know anything about this ? I was thinking it could be a mistake as I thought the withdrawal agreement stated that Irish citizens could live and work freely in the UK ?

in your application did you indicate that "Would you like to use the passport evidence as right to work proof? - Yes" or did you select the option “I wish to send in right to work as per the deadline in the eligibility applicant guidance”?
Using a passport as that what was said in the webinar.
I did the same and I don't know what to do now. Does anyone know what documents are suitable to prove right to work and what is the deadline to provide them? Can I participate in the programme while 'Eligible with conditions' and prove my right to work right before I need to go to the hospital next year?

I filled it out the same way and emailed the help desk, after outcomes were posted, and was given general advice and a link to https://foundationprogramme.nhs.uk/resources/right-to-work/
I still don’t know if we need to appeal or if we can submit an application while having the condition in place.
I have no idea, it's not really clear to me. I'm not even sure when the deadline is ?

In all the 3 options for non-UK nationals to submit evidence, there was no consideration for the fact that those who applied to the EU resettlement scheme were not given paper based evidence of their status and it’s all online, you can use the share code of your online status if you have settled status/permanent leave to remain in the UK from your application if you did apply, however this is not listed as an option on the RTW section on their website.

So at least you have the evidence your problem is passing it to them in acceptable form. It's just so messed up and is quite stressful with everything else going on. I just hope they give some other info soon. I mean I wasn't even sure whether it should be appealed ?

I completely understand and they should make things way more clearer for everyone applying.

did they get a positive reply to their emails? or were they told to appeal?
i received a general one stating:
"If you are an EU/EEA citizen and have provided an EU/EEA passport as your right to work evidence in your eligibility application, note that this is not valid evidence of right to work for commencing the UK Foundation Programme in August 2021. which doesnt explicitly say what the recommendations/options are
I got a reply - basically saying if you have the documentation to prove you have RTW then send it in by some date in Feb, but if you are looking for sponsorship you do nothing right now.

Can you post a screenshot? February is a long time, I guess we Europeans could get to UK until 2021 and get presettled there

UPDATE: So, following this, I began writing to the UKFPO quite vociferously (we had worked out that they were replying promptly to any query that was unrelated to this issue, so were seemingly selectively ignoring this issue). They replied to me and initially tried to just brush me away, but I persisted... I started saying that I would begin writing letters to my MP, government and national newspapers "all EU junior doctor applicants rejected during middle of a pandemic because of impossible to obtain RTW documents".... anyway, after that, they got back to me with a really nice email. The sort of one they should have been sending out to everyone in this situation in the first place. They replied to me yesterday, sorry I forgot to post it on here straight away! Though I see that they've started sending the same message to others now, too.
Anyway, here is a copy of their email:
Essentially, no EU/EEA applicant is about to be rejected for this (so there is no urgent deadline to find impossible RTW evidence). They are consulting with the UK Gov to find a solution. I imagine that everyone will just have to wait until the New Year, when they'll be able to get sponsored for a Tier 2 visa
