I know that reputation wise Glasgow is quite a bit better - though it has lower entry requirements? 36 with 665 vs Nottingham's 38 with 766 for IB? Anyway, I know reputation is only part of the greater picture. Any info or opinions are appreciated. Thx

Reputation-wise, according to whom? I didn't think one was particularly esteemed over the other.

According to the main uni rankings (for physics) from the past years - like QS, times etc. The reputation diff may be only for physics, not the uni overall.
