If they have a work line then you can use that, but a personal line would be inappropriate.

If its super urgent then follow up with another polite email carefully explaining the issue and ask to schedule a video chat. Remember its not term time for most undergrads yet so unless your are a PhD / MSc student you might not be a priority in the run up to the most difficult and complex teaching year ever, and peoples inboxes might be very very full of emergency prep work.
