Ew! I really don't like Scottish macaroons. The French macaron and Italian macaroon are the best.

I'm not making, they're making it in the show :lol: did however bake some pasteis de nata last week (including making filo pastry and reduced fat puff pastry from scratch, as well as jam and custard) and have experience baking French macaron, brownies, blondes in the past
