Period during fertile window/ovulation?
Can your period start during your fertile window what does it mean? I use app called Flo to track my period so this week I’m in the ovulation part of my cycle
I experienced cramps Sunday night and also had a pounding headache which I couldn’t sleep I ended up sleeping around 6am, by the morning the pain was all gone and I got on with the rest of my day feeling fine
Now last night I went to bed and had the same symptoms, headache and cramps. I never usually get headaches when I’m starting my period and this morning my period started 14 days early.
Is this normal? There’s no chance of me being pregnant my period is always regular and on time every month
