I'm currently in year 11 and was looking at jobs that could be suitable for me in the future when I came across the role of a HR Director or Chief HR Officer.

I looked into the role a bit more and quite like what the job entails (recruitment, training, development, compensation, benefits and relations).

I would just like everybody's opinion on HR and if they think it is is a good career. Also, is it crowded (as in do a lot of people study and want to go into HR). What kind of jobs can I do with a HR degree (other than HR Director or CHRO)?

Thanks in advance for everybody's help and advice

You dont need a degree in HR - certainly not at undergrad level.
