Masters application for 2022 entry (military service upcoming)

My first post on TSR, I hope I can get useful info about masters application.

I've recently graduated UCL with PPE degree and will apply for masters in UK universities for finance-related masters programs.

I've received 2:1 (62 without no-detriment, 65 with no-detriment), but condone failed econ module in the second year. My extenuating circumstances were family problems and clinical depression. I deferred my assessment and took the first exam during the Late summer assessment period, but failed to get 40 over for econ module.

Since i'm south Korean, i have to serve 18 months in the military, so aiming to apply for 2022 entry. I have two work experience (3mo, 2mo each, in Korean investment banks). Would I be able to be accepted to MSc finance degrees at UCL or other top UK universities?
