That looks great!
There's this youtuber that makes super quick recipes, and she used this dough often. Does it taste like normal dough, or is different?

Yep. Could have done with another couple topping such as bacon or red onion though.

It's similar but doesn't have the same crustyness and has a slightly more closed texture. Though I could probably do with kneading it for a little longer.

Would you eat this over 'real' dough?

Solid 6.5/10. Good but not great i'm afraid. Marks were also removed for using yogurt though, what sort of blasphemy was this?!

I made the same base/dough only the other week and if you bake the dough without any toppings for about 5-10 mins then it gets more crusty like a normal pizza.

Whilst I prefer normal dough I would chose this if i wanted pizza and was short of time & trying to eat healthy on my meal plan

It actually tastes really nice, you don't taste the yogurt and if you wanted more flavour you could always add some seasoning into the dough or just more toppings.

I would make sense if it was at altitude, it is common trick in chalets to get cakes to rise
