geography coursework nea

hi everyone
i am doing my a level geography coursework at the moment and have decided to use the question 'what factors affect the ability of young people to act sustainably? a study of _ sixth form'
i was wondering if anyone had any advice on data collecting methods i could use as well as as well as a questionaire and also any factors that would affect sustainability that i could include and explore in my coursework?
