Hi there,

I am applying to vet school this October. All my work experience placements got cancelled, so unfortunately I have no work experience to talk about. Nonetheless, I have completed some online courses, but how should I go about this? Do I have to write in my personal statement about how my placements got cancelled and how I will be doing these during my gap year (now), once corona is hopefully become less of a problem? I have no idea how to structure my personal statement, so any help would be appreciated!

Contact each of your target schools and see what the cv19 policy is on experience. Take their guidance into account when writing your ps. It could also be referred to in your reference. Do what you can.
