Hello! So I'm a 20 year old who is about to move into my accomodation at NTU to study computing, but I'm just a bit nervous and I don't know what the first thing I should do when I get there. Is that normal?

What's the best way to approach people to make new friends?
especially girls, I would like to well, interact with them as much as I can without being awkward or to forward.

if I do find someone I feel like is friend material how can I make sure they are legit and not some who isn't what we would call "a true friend"

Any tips? anything is appreciated.

I study here, its quite chill and not political like most universities. Its easy to make friends, just speak to people normally. No such thing as being too forward imo. Message me if you want to chat!
