Cambridge IGCSE- rules for pens

Hi I use uniball micro blue is this pen appropriate for my exams and is it okay to use gel pens?

no, and no.
Blue doesnt scan very well, theres a chance that nothing is going to come up.
Gel pens dont come up either.
Only black ball ink pens, nothing else.

(highlighters for own use is fine)
