You shouldn't be needing to add any fractions.

Part b) is initially very similar to part a); the difference being that you have fewer choices for the dessert and drink. So, with the sugar-free restriction, how many choices are there for each component? And hence how many possible meal deals are possible that are sugar-free?

And hence probability is...?
