Hey everyone,

I have really bad foot pain in both my feet which I believe to be plantar fasciitis as I had that before and from memory it feels the same. I can't go through with another injection into my sole as it is excruciating so I need alternatives.

I tried sketchers but their insole wore down pretty quick and now they're useless. I've tried Nike trainers, skate shoes, work boots and converse but they all still hurt so much.

On Amazon they have a lot of insoles but I don't know which would be best to get. Does anyone here have the same problem?

Thanks,

You need an insole on top of skechers.
Have a look on Amazon or ebay, dont expect it to be solved by buying a £1 pair.
Once your feet get damaged you have to rest them.
