Hi. I recently got awarded a 2.2 grade for my degree with a 59% so one percent from a 2.1. I understand it’s my fault I got these grades but due to everything going on right now I’ve had a hard time concentrating. With that I did apply for a deferral of a module and gave extenuating circumstances. However I do want to appeal this grade and wondering if I would be successful even if I’ve been given an extension beforehand ? Any individuals who have appealed their grades please help! Thank you!

Yess appeal for it but with evidence. Search on their rules and guidelines where it says 1-2% below the next borderline the next award will be given . Something like that it says on my university guidebook but on mine it’s (2% ) and I was 3% away and they gave me a 2:1 . Also I decline my reassessment and accepted my dissertation grade which was 48%
