I posted about this laptop the other day which is pretty good value. Bluewolf's laptop guide can be found here, which may be worth a read.

Generally though, your requirements don't quite fit your budget. AutoCAD would benefit from slightly beefier hardware for example. The laptop I linked will work fine, but may struggle in some larger projects. The 1TB of storage is quite unlikely at this budget, unless you upgrade the storage yourself or opt for an external hard drive. And the 1.5Kg weight limit is a little low for a 15.6 inch laptop, which you'd struggle to meet even on some premium devices. On the whole though, the laptop I linked will offer you the best value for money. Spending more won't get you justifiably more hardware or better meet your requirements, so you can use the money saved to at least get a couple of external drives for backups and extra storage.
